We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

14-Day Cancellation Right

For most online purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returning Your Product

After notifying us of your cancellation, the product should normally be returned within 14 days.

The product should be returned in a suitable condition with its original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.

Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted product where permitted by applicable law and where this cost has been communicated to the customer before purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, or appropriate evidence that it has been returned, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where a cancellation right applies, refunds will normally include the cost of standard delivery paid at the time of purchase. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Product Condition

Customers should take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality.
